A US-based commercial cleaning company is hiring a confident, full-time cold caller to book appointments with decision-makers (office managers, facility managers, property managers). This isn't a read-the-script role. We want someone who can hold a real conversation, think on their feet, and turn a "no" into a "tell me more." We provide the leads, the dialer, the CRM, and a proven script — you bring the energy and the closing instinct. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Make outbound cold calls to US businesses (lists provided) - Get past gatekeepers and reach the decision-maker - Pitch our service and book qualified appointments - Log every call and outcome in our CRM (full training provided) WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - Fluent, clear spoken English with a neutral accent - Confident and natural on the phone — handles objections without freezing - Quick-thinking, self-motivated, and reliable - Available full-time during US business hours - Stable internet and a quiet place to call NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED): - Previous B2B outbound calling or appointment-setting experience - Experience selling services to offices, facilities, or property managers - Familiarity with a CRM and dialer PAY: - Base \+ bonus for every appointment that shows up - Semi Full-time, long-term, with room to grow (Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm USA EST) How To Apply 1\.
