Airtable \& Systems Integration Specialist (Project-Based \| Remote) Sparkle \& Shine Cleaning Services LLC is a Minnesota-based commercial and post-construction cleaning company serving government agencies, construction companies, healthcare facilities, industrial properties, and commercial clients. We are seeking an experienced Airtable \& Systems Integration Specialist to audit, improve, and automate our existing Airtable business operating system. This is a project-based remote position with the potential for ongoing work. What You'll Be Working On Our Airtable system already exists but requires optimization, troubleshooting, and automation improvements. You will be responsible for: Airtable Development Audit our existing Airtable setup Improve database structure and workflows Optimize table relationships Create user-friendly interfaces Build executive dashboards Systems Integration Connect Airtable with third-party applications Create workflows using Make.com and Zapier Implement API integrations when necessary Troubleshoot existing integrations Operations Automation Employee clock-in/clock-out system Attendance tracking Job site management Quality control reporting Sales \& Lead Management Lead tracking system Outreach tracking Follow-up automation Proposal and bid pipeline management Financial Tracking Invoice management Accounts receivable tracking Revenue dashboards Profitability reporting Required SkillsMust Have Advanced Airtable experience Airtable Interfaces Airtable Automations Zapier Make.com Workflow design Systems integration experience Strong troubleshooting skills Excellent written English Strongly Preferred API integration experience Business process automation Operations systems development CRM implementation Dashboard design Experience working with service-based businesses Who We Are Looking For We are NOT looking for: ❌ Data Entry Clerks ❌ Virtual Assistants without Airtable expertise ❌ Beginner Airtable Users We ARE looking for: ✅ Airtable Experts ✅ Automation Specialists ✅ Systems Integration Specialists ✅ No-Code Developers ✅ Operations Systems Consultants The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and building systems that eliminate manual work.
