Fixed Night Shift (2 Days Off/Week) What You'll Do: Register and lock loans via multiple investor portals. Work with Loan Officers and Processors through the life cycle of the lock to validate and accurately price loans in accordance with the company’s secondary marketing policies and procedures. Verify QM on all locks prior to confirming pricing. Review and confirm all lock desk requests within posted time frame. Relock, reinstate or extend initial rate locks Make changes to loan parameter and ensuring accurate interest rate pricing Verify and confirm daily locks submitted through the LOS, ensure accurate pricing, and reconcile data between the systems. Monitor rate lock activity and respond to all re-lock and extension requests promptly. Manage the secondary mailbox and bring issues to managers’ attention. Identify the cause of problems and remedies. Perform other duties as needed or assigned by manager. What You Bring: Graduate of a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is a plus. (Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience \& education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job.) Experience in US mortgage is an advantage With related work experience in banking/finance are welcome to apply Excellent communication (verbal and oral) skills is required Must work effectively in a fast pace environment with low tolerance for error.
