Job Summary We are looking for an ICT Specialist with at least 3-5 years of experience to manage and secure our multi-site network, cloud environments, and IT assets. You will serve as our technical anchor, ensuring system reliability and supporting our global teams. Key Responsibilities Configure and troubleshoot enterprise networks, routing, secure VPN tunnels, and virtual servers; manage automated backups and disaster recovery validation. Administer Microsoft Azure (IAM, user provisioning, permissions) and enterprise firewalls (specifically FortiGate UTM systems). Oversee the end-to-end IT asset lifecycle, including software/hardware procurement, inventory tracking, and global shipping logistics for remote staff. Provide high-tier remote technical support to international stakeholders; design and govern SharePoint portals; maintain infrastructure maps and SOPs. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. With at least 3-5 years experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, and enterprise support. Technical lead or team supervision experience is highly preferred. Strong foundational knowledge of enterprise routing and firewalls. Fortinet (NSE 4 / FCP) or CCNA certification is a major advantage. Practical administration experience with Microsoft Azure and SharePoint. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical international stakeholders; strong vendor and procurement management skills.
