Senior Logistics Analyst (International Transportation)

Job Description

Work Setup: Remote Work Schedule: Night Shift Salary: Open for Negotiation We are looking for an experienced Senior Logistics Analyst (International Transportation) to support domestic and international transportation operations. In this role, you will coordinate shipments, manage carrier relationships, analyse freight costs, and ensure efficient movement of goods while working closely with internal teams and external logistics partners. Key Responsibilities Coordinate international and domestic transportation, including ocean exports and cross-border shipments. Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics partners. Monitor shipment status, resolve transportation issues, and ensure on-time delivery. Support carrier sourcing, capacity planning, transportation bidding, and rate negotiations. Analyse freight costs and carrier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities. Review freight invoices, transportation reports, and shipment documentation for accuracy. Maintain shipment visibility and prepare operational and performance reports. Collaborate with Customer Service, Finance, Warehousing, Production, Sales, and other stakeholders to support transportation operations. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, International Business, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, carrier relations, or international logistics. Experience handling international shipments, ocean exports, or cross-border transportation is preferred. Experience in carrier sourcing, transportation bids, rate negotiation, and capacity management is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Preferred Experience/Advantage if you have experience in: Food & Beverage, FMCG, or Consumer Goods industry. Transportation Management Systems (TMS), WMS, ERP, CRM, or other logistics software. OTM, Epicor, 4Kites, EDI, Power BI, CarrierWatch, RMIS, or SaferWatch.
