About The Role We're looking for a Signage Production Designer with experience in large-format signage to join a growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical precision with creative design. Approximately 70% of the role focuses on technical production work, including creating scale-based layouts, elevation drawings, and production-ready artwork. The remaining 30% involves graphic design, such as wall wraps, banners, branding materials, and marketing graphics. If you have experience preparing artwork for fabrication and installation, we'd love to hear from you. Core Responsibilities Technical Design (70%) Create scaled mock-ups using customer measurements. Design wall, window, banner, and signage layouts. Prepare elevation drawings and specification sheets. Develop production-ready artwork for fabrication and installation. Review customer files for accuracy and production readiness. Collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure successful project execution. Creative Design (30%) Design wall wraps, banners, and other large-format graphics. Create branding materials and marketing collateral. Assist with website graphics and other creative projects as needed. Candidate Qualifications Must-Haves 3+ years of experience in graphic design or signage production. Experience designing large-format signage. Strong understanding of production-ready artwork and print specifications. Ability to interpret measurements and create accurate scaled layouts. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
