Job Description

As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate revenue by proactively reaching out to potential customers, qualifying leads, and effectively communicating the value of our products or services, scheduling appointments for Business Development Executives. This role involves telephone interactions with potential clients, making it a critical component of our sales team. Duties /RESPONSIBILITIES Identify, maintain, and research potential leads in CRM Communicate the features and benefits of our products and services to potential clients Schedule and confirm 1 st Sales Appointments Establish and maintain key network relationships Report on sales activities, and results using CRM Software Meet or exceed sales quotas EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE High School or Equivalent with 1+ years of Phone experience Proven experience in inside sales or a related role Strong communication skills Persuasive sales demeanor Ability to work independently Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools Goal-oriented mindset Ability to face rejection while maintaining a positive experience PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to consistently use a mouse and keyboard throughout the majority of the workday Ability to sit for extended periods of time Ability to speak clearly over the phone Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
