We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven Residential Leasing Officer to manage residential leasing operations, support unit owners, and deliver a seamless leasing experience for prospective tenants. In this role, you will oversee unit registrations, conduct property viewings, facilitate lease transactions and renewals, coordinate move-ins and move-outs, and maintain strong relationships with both owners and tenants. You will also contribute to marketing initiatives, market research, and leasing programs aimed at increasing occupancy and enhancing customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Hospitality, or a related field At least 3-5 years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or customer service Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
