Job Title: Animation Specialist Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Animation Specialist to create engaging 2D and/or 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, storytelling, and movement, with the ability to transform concepts into compelling animations that enhance our brand, marketing campaigns, training materials, and multimedia projects. Key Responsibilities Design and produce high-quality 2D and/or 3D animations for marketing, social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and internal communications. Create motion graphics, animated explainer videos, promotional videos, and visual effects. Collaborate with the creative, marketing, UI/UX, and product teams to develop engaging visual content. Develop storyboards, animatics, and animation concepts based on project requirements. Edit videos and incorporate animation, sound effects, transitions, and visual enhancements. Ensure all animations align with brand guidelines and project objectives. Optimize animation assets for various digital platforms and devices. Stay updated with animation trends, techniques, and industry best practices. Manage multiple animation projects while meeting deadlines. Revise animations based on stakeholder feedback. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred). At least 2 years of experience in animation, motion graphics, or multimedia production. Strong portfolio showcasing animation and motion design projects. Proficiency in animation and design software such as: Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe Animate Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Blender, Cinema 4D, Autodesk Maya, or similar 3D software (preferred) Basic knowledge of video production and editing. Understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, composition, and storytelling. Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools is an advantage. Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
