We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Home Health Quality Assurance (QA) Nurse to support our growing team and ensure the highest standards of clinical documentation, compliance, and patient care. This is an exciting opportunity for a nursing professional who enjoys combining clinical expertise with organization, problem-solving, and quality improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar healthcare setting, such as Adult Foster Care (AFC), home health, or community-based care , and will be comfortable reviewing clinical documentation, coordinating care needs, and supporting compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities Review and audit nursing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards Prepare prior authorization requests and communicate with insurance companies to support timely approvals Coordinate with Primary Care Provider (PCP) offices as needed to ensure continuity of care Perform data entry tasks, including maintaining accurate medication lists and updating patient care plans Schedule RN visits and coordinate calendars for our nursing team Monitor outstanding clinical documentation and follow up with staff to ensure timely completion Support quality assurance, compliance, and process improvement activities Provide additional administrative and clinical support duties as assigned What We’re Looking For: Nursing experience in home health, Adult Foster Care, assisted living, or a similar healthcare environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify documentation gaps and ensure compliance Excellent communication and follow-up skills when working with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare setting Strong organizational skills and proficiency with electronic documentation systems Why Join Us?
