We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and can manage short, dynamic projects end-to-end. What You’ll Do Own and manage web projects from brief to delivery Communicate directly with clients (requirements, scope, timelines) Manage internal tasks and timelines using ClickUp Coordinate developers, track progress and priorities Support presales: collect requirements, help estimate work Improve internal processes and documentation What We’re Looking For 1+ year experience as a PM in IT or digital agencies Strong communication skills in English (B2+) and Russian/Ukrainian Understanding of web development and no-code tools (n8n, Make, etc.) Self-starter mindset, ownership, and structured thinking Able to suggest solutions — not just follow instructions Bonus Points If You Have Hands-on experience with Make.com or Bubble Background in client communication and presales Ability to test and validate no-code solutions or Web Why Join Us Work closely with an experienced founder (10+ yrs in web dev) Flexible hours and full remote Room to grow and shape how we operate Friendly and talented team DM us or send a short intro with your experience and project examples.
