Job Description In line with Suntrust’s strategic shift toward digital selling and online lead conversion, we are seeking tech-savvy and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Digital Property Advisors (DPA) . Unlike traditional field-based roles, the DPA position is specifically designed for agents who excel in digital marketing, social media engagement, and remote selling. This is a performance-driven, home-based role that allows you to manage your own time while leveraging the prestige of a Megaworld subsidiary to close high-value real estate deals. Key Responsibilities Execute digital marketing strategies to generate and convert online leads. Manage social media pages and execute marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Boosting, Marketplace, etc.). Create high-quality digital content, including photos and videos, to showcase property developments. Engage with clients through online platforms and conduct remote sales presentations. Achieve a minimum sales target of ₱5M within a six-month period to maintain accreditation. Qualifications Education: Preferably a College Graduate or has completed at least 72 units in college. Accreditation: Preferably PRC Registered and DHSUD Accredited (assistance can be provided). Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of Facebook Marketing (Ads, Boosting, etc.) is a must. Equipment: Must own a laptop and a smartphone capable of high-quality photo and video production. Connectivity: Must have a stable home internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps . Highly disciplined, ethical, and capable of working independently in a remote environment. Compensation and Benefits: Tiered Commission Structure: Entry Level: 2\.5% (Vertical/Condo) \| 3\.0% (Horizontal/House \& Lot) Tier 2 (Upgrade): Up to 4\.0% commission based on sales performance. Performance-Based Marketing Fund (PBMF): Monthly budget allocations to fund your internet expenses, digital ads, and gadget upgrades. "Kita Kada Benta" Incentives: Immediate cash incentives for every successful reservation and milestone. Sales Support: Full access to the Suntrust Digital Marketing Portal and online training assemblies (PKS). Incentives: Qualification for the "Rewards Plus Program," including luxury trips abroad and local travel.
