Job Description CRM Designer FabFitFun is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Designer to join our CRM team. This position reports to the Director of Creative Production. About The Role FabFitFun is a high-volume subscription brand operating across multiple brand properties -- FabFitFun, Curateur, Evie Beauty Fuel, and PupBoxl. This role sits within the Creative team and is focused exclusively on supporting design needs for the CRM Team across various channels – Email, Box Inserts, and Direct Mail. You will be producing at pace, iterating based on performance, and designing for a segmented subscriber base that spans active members, winback audiences, and seasonal shoppers. This is not a generalist design role. What You'll Do: Design and produce high-volume marketing emails from brief to production, including promotional campaigns, seasonal sends, and lifecycle flows such as welcome series, win-back, and post-purchase Build and maintain modular, reusable email template systems that scale across a high-cadence send schedule Design across multiple brand identities while maintaining distinct visual standards for each Collaborate async with CRM and creative stakeholders to translate campaign briefs into polished, on-brand email creative Produce clean, well-organized Figma files structured for straightforward developer handoff Design with copy hierarchy in mind, understanding how messaging and layout work together to drive action QA your own designs across devices and email clients prior to handoff Incorporate feedback independently across revision cycles with limited back-and-forth Iterate on creative based on performance data, A/B test results, and basic email metrics including click and conversion rate Apply email accessibility best practices including contrast, alt text, and text-to-image balance Design printed materials such as box inserts and direct mail What You'll Bring: 5+ years of email design experience with a portfolio demonstrating depth in CRM or lifecycle email Demonstrated ability to design for both promotional and lifecycle email programs Proficiency in Figma, with demonstrated ability to produce developer-ready handoff files Proficiency in Google Drive for file management and collaboration Experience with at least one major ESP -- Braze experience is a strong plus Strong understanding of mobile-first email design and cross-client rendering constraints Familiarity with modular, component-based email template systems A performance-oriented mindset -- you care about whether your work converts, not just how it looks Comfortable working async across time zones with clear written communication and the ability to action feedback independently Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple concurrent deadlines with limited oversight Ability to execute on tight turnaround timelines without sacrificing quality Working knowledge of HTML/CSS as it relates to email is a plus, but not required Experience with Coda.io for project and workflow management is a plus Experience with AI image generation tools, including Nano Banana or similar platforms, is a plus Portfolio required email at ph-recruiting@fabfitfun.com -- submissions without a portfolio will not be considered.
