Job Responsibilities This role would focus on: ● Following up with carriers after loads are booked ● Providing pickup and delivery updates ● Performing check calls and delivery calls ahead ● Uploading PODs and shipment documents ● Updating shipment statuses in our systems ● General dispatch and operations support We are primarily looking for detail-oriented candidates with strong communication skills and preferably some transportation/logistics experience. Work Schedule: HOMEBASED, Night-Shift Monday - Friday ; 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM Philippine Time Must Have at least 25mbps internet connection Preferably someone with own equipment (Laptop or Desktop) Note: As part of our recruitment process, we conduct a background check on all hired candidates.
