In this role, you won't just be answering phones—you will be the vital bridge between prospective patients and life-changing health services. You will engage with warm leads who have already shown interest, providing personalized education and converting curiosity into booked appointments and sales. What You’ll Do Engage & Educate: Connect with prospective customers who have expressed interest in our services, offering tailored support and education to help them understand our value. Drive Sales: Guide leads through the sales process with confidence and empathy, encouraging them to book appointments or purchase services. Manage Inbound Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and messages with exceptional service, providing personalized recommendations that match each client's needs. Lead Nurturing: Execute strategic follow-ups via phone, text, and email to nurture leads and drive conversions. Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets. CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all lead activity and outcomes in our CRM system. Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to refine lead quality and enhance overall sales performance. Stay Informed: Keep current on all services, promotions, and offerings to confidently address any inquiry. Appointment Setting: Proactively schedule consultations and appointments, ensuring a seamless transition from interest to action. What We’re Looking For Bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) – this is a must. Sales Mindset: Proven ability to sell, persuade, and convert leads into paying customers. Experience: Background in medical reception, customer service, or sales (healthcare or wellness industry is a plus). Communication: Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to tailor conversations to different personality types. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, dialers, and digital communication tools. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote setup while staying motivated to hit targets. Schedule Commitment: Must be available to work Wednesday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST .
