We are looking for 1–2 Social Media Marketing VAs to help with GlowFest social media marketing this year. We need someone who is good with social media, creating engagement, and helping people discover GlowFest online. This person should know how to get likes, comments, and discussions in a natural and genuine way. This is not only a posting job. We need someone who can find where people are talking about entertainment options, events, festivals, family activities, and things to do, then help promote GlowFest in those conversations without sounding spammy. Main Tasks: Help promote GlowFest https://www.glowfest.com/ on social media Find Facebook groups, pages, forums, and online communities related to events, entertainment, family activities, and things to do Join conversations naturally and help create interest inGlowFest Help increase likes, comments, shares, and engagement Assist with posting content Help respond to comments or messages when needed Suggest social media ideas to improve engagement Send simple updates on what was posted, where GlowFest was mentioned, and what results we are seeing Requirements Experience in social media marketing or social media engagement Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and online communities Good English writing skillsKnows how to sound natural and genuine online Creative and proactive Can work independently Experience with event, festival, entertainment, or attraction marketing is a plus What We Are Looking For: We are looking for someone who can help make GlowFest more visible online by creating real engagement.
