Job Description Designs, implements and manages software programs Works with client management to identify and specify the business requirements and processes for diverse development platforms, computing environments e.g., host based, distributed systems, client server, software, hardware, technologies and tools Researches and evaluates alternative solutions, and recommends the most efficient and cost effective solution for the systems program design and develops systems specifications and procedures Recommends the equipment platform needed for its solution, and prepares logic flow charts and machine instructions Formulates logical statements of business requirements and with some guidance, devises, tests and implements efficient, cost effective application program solutions e.g., codes and or reuses existing codes through the use of program development software alternatives and or integrates purchased solutions Devises data verification methods and standard systems procedures and participates in systems testing Must-Have Skills : Strong experience / knowledge in AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS Proficient in Java, Sling Models, OSGi, and JCR Hands-on development of AEM components using HTL (Sightly) Experience with Editable Templates, Core Components, and Client Libraries Solid understanding of AEM architecture (Sites, Assets, Dispatcher) Experience working with Cloud Manager and CI/CD pipelines Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for build and deployment automation Strong knowledge of Git (branching, pull requests, code reviews) Knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience building responsive and reusable UI components Experience with REST APIs (consuming and integrating services) Working experience in Agile/Scrum environment Strong understanding of user stories, sprint ceremonies, and collaboration across teams Experience with debugging, logging, and performance tuning in AEM Basic experience with unit testing (JUnit/Mockito) Good understanding of AEM security and best practices Ability to work with content authors and support authoring workflows Nice-to-Have (Optional) Experience with AEM Headless / GraphQL Exposure to Adobe Edge Delivery Services Exposure to accessibility (ADA compliance) Knowledge of Dispatcher/CDN caching strategies Shift/Scheduled: Mid Shift(5PM - 2AM) Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
