Role Overview As a Mortgage Administrator , you’ll manage cases from application to completion, working closely with advisers to ensure a smooth, compliant, and professional client journey. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the business. Key Responsibilities Manage mortgage and protection cases from submission to completion Upload and package applications to lenders Request and check documents (bank statements, payslips, ID, etc.) Keep CRM (Midas Pro) fully updated Support with recommendation letters and compliance documents Assist with protection applications and policy tracking Act as a key point of contact for clients and third parties Chase updates from lenders, solicitors, and clients to keep cases moving Requirements Essential: Experience in mortgage or financial services administration Understanding of the mortgage process (purchase, remortgage, product transfers) Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Confident communicator Desirable: Knowledge of FCA compliance Experience in protection administration Skills \& Competencies Proactive and able to take ownership Strong time management and multitasking abilities Problem-solving mindset Customer-focused and professional Team player with a growth-oriented attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php70,000\.00 - Php85,000\.00 per month Benefits Work from home Application Question(s): How many years of experience do you have in mortgage administration or financial services administration? 0–1 years 2–3 years 4–5 years 5\+ years Which parts of the mortgage process have you handled?
