We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Automation Specialist to support a UK-based B2B finance and payment processing business. The role will focus on building and launching marketing funnels for business funding services, setting up CRM processes, and automating lead follow-ups through email, SMS, and WhatsApp. The successful candidate should have practical experience managing paid advertising, building landing pages and funnels, and creating marketing automation workflows. You should also be able to show examples of previous work and explain your approach to campaign strategy and lead qualification. Must Have Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Experience building landing pages and marketing funnels Experience with CRM systems and CRM pipelines Experience setting up marketing automation Experience with email, SMS, and WhatsApp follow-up automation Ability to create forms and lead qualification questions Ability to explain campaign strategy and budget allocation Experience improving lead quality and reducing unqualified leads Ability to provide examples of previous marketing, funnel, or automation work Strong attention to detail and ability to complete projects within deadlines Responsibilities Build and launch two marketing funnels for: Business Loans & Merchant Cash Advances Create landing pages for both services Set up lead forms and appropriate qualification questions Build and organize CRM pipelines for incoming leads Set up automated follow-ups through: a. Email, b. SMS, c. WhatsApp Support Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns Develop campaign strategies designed to attract relevant business leads Plan and explain advertising budget allocation Review lead quality and identify ways to reduce unqualified leads Monitor the performance of campaigns and funnels Ensure both funnels are fully operational within two weeks of starting Plus to Have Previous experience in B2B finance, business funding, payment processing, or related industries Experience marketing business loans or merchant cash advances Experience working with UK-based businesses or B2B clients Strong understanding of lead qualification and conversion-focused funnels Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
