As a Senior Professional Services Engineer , you play a role in the architectural planning and advanced functionality of our contact center solutions, driving implementation of RingCX and RingCentral Contact Center (RCCC) functionality for high-end enterprise call centers. Testing & Validation: Run UAT and end-to-end testing to confirm custom architecture, call flows, and failover routing meet business requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and customer IT teams through design reviews to keep technical requirements aligned. Troubleshooting: Serve as a senior technical resource during rollout and hypercare, resolving complex issues such as API limits, WebRTC/network quality problems, and CRM integration bugs. Technical Consulting: Assess complex solution architectures against customer requirements and recommend design changes that improve platform value and adoption; contribute to client information management standards. Account Growth Support: Identify opportunities to expand a customer's use of the platform and flag them to the account team during the project lifecycle. Documentation: Produce technical documentation including LLDs, BRDs, call flow maps, and UAT sign-off agreements. Project Delivery: Manage multiple concurrent enterprise deployments, operating with minimal oversight.
