We are seeking a confident and professional Cold Calling Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will contact businesses and employers throughout the United States to obtain information required for insurance bond quotations and renewals. This position is ideal for candidates with strong English communication skills, previous cold-calling experience, and the ability to build rapport with decision-makers over the phone. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to businesses and employers. Request and verify business information, including Employer Identification Numbers (EINs) and other details required for insurance bond processing. Follow call scripts while maintaining a natural and professional conversation. Accurately document call outcomes and customer information. Meet daily and weekly calling targets. Coordinate with the client and internal team regarding lead updates and follow-ups. Qualifications Previous cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales experience preferred. Excellent English communication skills. Comfortable speaking with business owners and company representatives. Strong listening and objection-handling skills. Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment. Ability to work independently and meet performance goals. Work Schedule Monday to Friday 12:00 Midnight to 9:00 AM (Philippine Time) Pay: Php15,209.98 - Php17,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
