Position Overview We're currently seeking driven, personable individuals based in the Philippines to join our team as Appointment Setters. In this role, you'll reach out to restaurant owners and operators across South Florida to introduce our marketing solutions and arrange meetings with qualified prospects for our sales department. Our company works with restaurants to increase visibility and revenue through social media management, influencer partnerships, and digital marketing strategies. Your primary responsibility will be initiating conversations, identifying interested business owners, and scheduling appointments. Once a meeting is booked, our sales team takes over. We are accepting applications for both full-time and part-time remote positions. Candidates who are confident communicators, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a company are encouraged to apply. Please note: This role requires working U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours, which will mean an evening/night shift for candidates based in the Philippines. Pay & Benefits Earn $300 USD for every booked appointment that results in a new client agreement (Commission-pay only) Work remotely with a schedule aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours Career growth and promotion opportunities Potential eligibility for future hourly or base compensation Key Duties Conduct outbound outreach to restaurants and other businesses using company CRM tools Communicate professionally with owners, managers, and key decision-makers Present our marketing services in a compelling and easy-to-understand manner Coordinate and schedule appointments through Google Calendar Follow up on inbound inquiries and leads promptly Keep CRM records updated with accurate notes and communication history Nurture prospects through consistent follow-up to increase appointment-setting success Qualifications Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, cold calling, customer outreach, or sales is beneficial but not required Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with clear pronunciation for U.S.-based phone conversations Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls Able to work evening/overnight hours to align with U.S. Eastern Time business hours Self-starter with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage Dependable internet access and a suitable remote work environment What Makes This Opportunity Unique?
