Paid Ads Specialist (Google & Meta)

Job Description

Paid ads at agency scale, across Google and Meta, managing a live portfolio of client accounts — this is a role where your craft directly moves the revenue needle for real businesses. If you have spent years inside an agency environment running campaigns across both platforms simultaneously and you know the difference between managing accounts and genuinely improving them, this is built for you. THE ROLE As a Senior Paid Ads Specialist, you will own end-to-end campaign management across Google and Meta for a portfolio of clients spanning eCommerce and lead generation. Your day-to-day spans strategy input, hands-on execution, conversion tracking integrity, and performance reporting — with direct collaboration with account managers and cross-functional teams. This is a role where implementation depth and strategic thinking are expected in equal measure. What You Will Do Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing for multiple client accounts simultaneously, with a clear focus on measurable month-over-month performance improvement. Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for both eCommerce and lead generation clients, maintaining platform parity in quality and depth of execution. Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4 to ensure accurate data capture and reliable attribution across the full client portfolio. Interpret campaign performance data including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and Quality Score, and produce performance reports for account managers using Google Data Studio and Google Docs. Collaborate with account managers to contribute meaningfully to campaign strategy, particularly where your implementation experience has direct bearing on what is strategically viable. Work cross-functionally with web designers, landing page builders, SEO specialists, and sales staff to support integrated campaign delivery. Manage Google Merchant Center and Meta Business Manager configurations across the full client portfolio. WHAT YOU BRING ✔Hands-on proficiency across Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, Google Data Studio, and Google Docs — not surface-level familiarity, but working knowledge demonstrated through real account management. ✔A mandatory agency background managing multiple client accounts simultaneously — candidates with in-house only experience will not be considered for this role. ✔Demonstrated experience running paid campaigns for both eCommerce clients (Google Shopping, Meta catalogue campaigns) and service-based clients focused on lead generation and inquiry volume. ✔Proven ability to scale paid advertising campaigns on both Google Ads and Meta Ads with approximately equal proficiency across both platforms — a strong lean toward one platform with minimal depth on the other is disqualifying. ✔GA4 and Google Tag Manager proficiency that extends beyond reading dashboards to include conversion setup, trigger configuration, and active troubleshooting across multiple accounts. ✔A minimum of three years in paid advertising with scaling outcomes you can speak to specifically and concretely — tenure alone is not sufficient, and interview performance will be the deciding measure. WORK ARRANGEMENT This is a full work-from-home role. You will work from your own home office. WHY STAFF X Staff X is a certified Great Place to Work employer in the Philippines for multiple consecutive years. Staff X offers long-term, stable employment with genuine career growth.
