Job Description

The Role: We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist. This role is designed for a mid-level marketing professional ready to make a direct impact for our UK-based client, a globally distributed digital marketing consultancy specializing in paid search, paid social, and analytics. You'll play a key role in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, managing reporting processes, and identifying growth opportunities across multiple client accounts. Location: Must be in the Philippines – Remote. Environment: Philippines and International Teams. Time Zone: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Manila Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK Time). Requirement: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field. Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency or performance marketing environment, with direct responsibility for campaign management. Skills Strong experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, and Display); Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager; Proficiency using GA4, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel; Experience creating client-ready reports and performance summaries; Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Characteristics: Analytical, proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, collaborative, adaptable, and able to communicate effectively with distributed teams in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have Experience with Supermetrics, Funnel.io, Adzviser, or similar reporting connectors Google Ads, GA4, or Meta certifications Exposure to B2B and lead-generation accounts Familiarity with CRO principles and landing page optimization Experience with ecommerce or Shopify accounts Understanding of copywriting frameworks such as PAS, AIDA, or jobs-to-be-done Tools You’ll Use Regularly Google Ads Meta Ads Manager LinkedIn Campaign Manager Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Tag Manager Looker Studio Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel Slack, Loom, Google Meet, and Notion Responsibilities Campaign Management (Primary Focus) Google Ads Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, and Display Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, negative keyword management, and bid/budget optimizations Test and iterate ad copy and campaign structures to improve performance Monitor pacing, performance trends, and optimization opportunities across accounts Meta Ads Support Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaign management including audience builds, creative testing, placement optimization, and performance analysis LinkedIn Ads Assist with LinkedIn Campaign Manager execution for B2B and lead-generation clients, including audience targeting, lead forms, and campaign testing Reporting & Analysis (Secondary Focus) Build and maintain client reporting dashboards in Looker Studio Pull and analyze campaign data on weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities across accounts Prepare clear, client-ready reporting deliverables including dashboards, reports, and written summaries Audit and troubleshoot GA4 events, conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and attribution discrepancies Surface growth opportunities and performance recommendations based on campaign data Collaboration & Communication Work closely with the founder and internal team on campaign strategy and account performance Draft client-facing updates, reporting notes, and talking points for review calls Collaborate asynchronously with UK leadership and support US-based client accounts Proactively flag issues, communicate risks early, and document findings/process improvements Client communication exposure will grow over time, but this role is initially more execution and reporting focused than client-facing.
