Part-Time / Full-Time Graphic Designer (Based in Philippines) Responsibilities Create accurate, production-ready artwork for client projects and manufacturing. Develop packaging concepts and visual identities for skincare and beauty products. Design packaging in various styles, including clinical, premium, minimalist, trendy, and Korean-inspired aesthetics. Collaborate with internal teams to revise and finalize designs. Requirements Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Strong packaging design and artwork production skills. Experience preparing print-ready files, packaging layouts, and dielines. Ability to create multiple design concepts based on different brand directions. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow client briefs and brand guidelines. Good understanding of current skincare and beauty packaging trends, particularly Korean-inspired design aesthetics. Hard-working, willing to learn, self-initiative, independent, and have a strong sense of responsibility. Willingness to travel overseas for meeting, when necessary. Nice to have Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, etc.) to enhance workflow efficiency and support the creative process. - Basic experience updating website content using a CMS (e.g. Squarespace). - Basic photography or product rendering skills are a plus.
