Job Title : Lead Recruiter - Training & Quality Location : Remote - Philippines | U.S. Pacific Hours Skills Agency Recruitment, Candidate Sourcing, Training, Onboarding, QA, About Company / Opportunity Talently is a profitable, fast-growing, tech-enabled recruitment company looking for an experienced agency recruiter to lead recruiter onboarding, training, coaching, and quality assurance. This is not a traditional HR or corporate training position. We need someone who understands agency recruiting and can work directly inside our recruiting platform, review live recruiter activity, identify gaps, and help our recruiters improve. You’ll work closely with our sales leadership to ensure recruiters are properly trained, following our processes, and producing consistently high-quality work. Responsibilities Lead onboarding and training for new recruiters Review Boolean searches and sourcing strategies Audit recruiter activity and data quality inside Talie, our recruiting platform Review job ads, candidate submissions, outreach, and recruiter follow-up Listen to recruiter calls and provide practical coaching Monitor adherence to our recruiting processes and standards Identify recurring mistakes and create targeted training Develop checklists, scorecards, and simple training materials Help determine when new recruiters are ready to work independently Provide leadership with visibility into recruiter progress and quality issues Must-Have Skills 5+ years of recruitment experience in U.S. agency recruiting or staffing Strong LI Recruiter, Boolean searching, candidate sourcing skills Experience coaching, training, or reviewing other recruiters’ work Excellent attention to detail and process discipline Strong written and spoken English Comfortable providing direct, constructive feedback Organized, people-oriented, and highly accountable Available to work U.S. Pacific business hours This is a hands-on training and quality role, not a traditional production desk. However, you must be an experienced recruiter who can evaluate live searches, demonstrate best practices, and earn the trust of other recruiters.
