Overview: The Estimator is responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and supporting pricing and bidding decisions. This role evaluates materials, labor, equipment, and time requirements to ensure competitive and profitable project proposals Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and overhead Analyze drawings, bills of quantities, and other technical documents Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing Identify cost risks, assumptions, and opportunities for saving Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and sales teams Maintain historical cost data and estimating databases Prepare and submit bid packages and pricing proposals Support contract negotiations and project handover processes Qualifications Degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field Proven experience as an Estimator or in a similar role Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract Experience in using Procore is a plus Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Personal computer Noise-cancel headset and webcam Stable internet and electricity Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month Benefits Opportunities for promotion Promotion to permanent employee Work from home Work Location: Remote
