Location: Remote (Philippines) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $800 – $1,000 USD/month Schedule 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST Company: Hung Phat USA Reports To: Creative Director Job Description We are hiring a Social Media Strategist & Manager to lead and refine our content strategy with a primary focus on Instagram. This role is responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and intentional growth to our social media presence. You will focus on the strategy behind the content—ensuring everything we create is aligned, purposeful, and continuously improving. You will work closely with the Creative Director and collaborate with our content team to transform ideas into clear strategies, concepts, and execution plans. Key Responsibilities 1. Content Strategy & Planning - Develop and refine content pillars aligned with brand direction - Plan and manage weekly and monthly content calendars - Create structured strategies based on performance insights and trends - Build and maintain hashtag systems and posting frameworks 2. Creative Direction Support - Create mood boards and content concepts - Translate brand direction into actionable content ideas - Ensure consistency in aesthetic, tone, and messaging 3. Performance & Growth Optimization - Analyze content performance and identify growth opportunities - Conduct competitor and industry research - Recommend improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversions - Continuously optimize strategy based on data 4. Team Coordination & Feedback - Provide direction to content creator and video editor - Review drafts and give clear, actionable feedback - Ensure content aligns with strategy and objectives 5. Platform Focus - Primary: Instagram - Secondary: TikTok - Tertiary: YouTube Qualifications Proven experience managing or strategizing for Instagram and/or TikTok accounts - Strong understanding of content strategy, audience behavior, and trends - Ability to think both creatively and analytically - Experience with analytics, reporting, and performance tracking - Strong communication skills - Highly organized and proactive Nice to Have - Experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands - Familiarity with YouTube content strategy - Basic video editing knowledge Why Join Us This role plays a critical part in transforming our content into a strategic and growth-focused system.
