As an L2 Infra \& Platform Database Administrator , you will maintain and support the databases underpinning the ARROW platform, ensuring high performance, security, and availability. You will handle routine operations, assist with upgrades, and collaborate with engineers to optimise data storage. What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed Manage and maintain databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) to ensure optimal performance and availability. Monitor database performance, proactively identify issues, and implement tuning or corrective actions. Troubleshoot and resolve database problems efficiently, collaborating with L3 engineers when necessary. Implement security measures, perform backups and recovery operations, and document procedures. Assist in planning and executing database upgrades and migrations. We’d Love to Hear From You If... Experience You have 2–5 years of database administration experience. You have supported mission‑critical applications. Technical Expertise You have strong knowledge of database architecture and performance tuning. You have expertise in backup, recovery, and security best practices. You are proficient in SQL with exposure to cloud databases. Ways of Working You are analytical and diligent in maintaining data integrity. You collaborate well with cross‑functional teams. You follow established procedures meticulously. You adapt flexibly to operational requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.
