• The Multimedia Video Editor will support Twoconnect by producing engaging internal, corporate, and short-form social media video content. This role will focus on video editing, AI-assisted production, platform-specific storytelling, audience retention, and content performance across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and internal communication channels. • Produce and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and LinkedIn. • Develop strong opening hooks, pacing, storytelling, captions, and visual structures designed to improve watch time, audience retention, engagement, and account growth. • Create internal training videos, onboarding content, FAQs, how-to guides, employee communications, and educational resources.
