This is a full marketing ownership role, not a posting schedule. ReelStack (reel-stack.com) is the home for AI filmmakers: a creator directory, jobs board, marketplace, free toolkit and monthly awards. Around 600 filmmakers have joined and 46 free browser tools are live. You will own every channel we have, decide which ones deserve effort, and use AI agents to do the volume work so that one person can cover the ground of three. The founder handles positioning and closes the sponsor deals. Everything else in marketing is yours. THE COMPANY ReelStack (reel-stack.com) is the home for AI filmmakers: a creator directory, a jobs board, a marketplace, 46 free browser tools and monthly awards. Around 600 filmmakers have joined. The founder is in Berlin and there is an in-house developer for anything technical. WHERE WE ARE GOING The immediate goal is revenue, as soon as it is realistically possible. The bigger goal is to be the best marketplace for AI creators: the place where they are found, and where they sell their own products. Money could come from several directions and we are not fixed on any of them: affiliate marketing, premium job postings, sponsorship deals, a commission on what creators sell, or something you can see that we have not listed. WHAT THE ROLE OWNS There is more here than one person can do at once, so the order you choose matters: - Creators: getting AI filmmakers onto the platform, uploading work, entering the awards, selling in the marketplace - Demand: agencies, production companies and brands who post paid briefs, and sponsors for the toolkit - Content and search: articles, the AI tool database, anything that brings people in without us paying for them - Community and competitions: the monthly awards, creator spotlights, whatever else earns attention - Our own presence on LinkedIn, X and Instagram - AI: building the workflows that carry the volume, and checking their output before anything goes public - One report every Friday on what moved and what did not Nobody expects all of it at once. The job is deciding what comes first and what waits, and then running it. WHAT YOU NEED - 2 or more years in growth, community management, sales or outreach - You already use AI tools daily and can describe exactly what you use them for - Excellent written English, you will be emailing US agencies - 4 or more hours per day overlapping European business hours - Reliable internet and a setup for video calls Helpful but not required: n8n, Make or Zapier, any experience with AI video tools, any background in film or video. Coding is not required at all, the developer handles that. PAY, TWO LEVELS Running a plan we set: PHP 20,000 to 30,000 per month. We agree the direction, you execute it properly. Setting the direction: PHP 30,000 to 50,000 per month plus commission. You decide what we do and you are accountable for it moving. Commission is 10 percent of the first three months of any sponsor deal you source, and PHP 1,000 per paid job brief posted and filled. Either way there is a separate budget for the AI tools and credits you need, on top of your pay. Tell us which level you are going for. How To Apply Apply here: https://hr.vonas-media.com/apply It takes about 15 minutes and asks for your CV, past work, salary expectation and a short video. Please be ready to tell us one growth or outreach result you personally achieved, with the numbers, one AI workflow you use regularly, and which level you are going for. Shortlisted candidates build a short presentation on what they would do with the platform, and walk us through it in a 5 minute Loom. You send the Loom, you keep the presentation, and if we like it you present it to us properly. Around 2 to 3 hours of work. Please do not send a generic application. We read the specifics and ignore the rest. Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
