Remote Flexible Senior Analyst - Corporate Reporting & Treasury (Finance) Corporate Reporting & Treasury Global Business Services The role We're looking for a detail-oriented finance professional to join our Global Business Services team as a Senior Analyst, focused on Corporate Reporting and Treasury. This role sits within the broader Senior Analyst framework and is scoped to support corporate reporting, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, treasury activities, and related financial controls. You'll play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective day-to-day management of banking and payment processes. This role is suited to someone with solid technical accounting foundations, who is comfortable handling transactional responsibilities accurately and independently while working collaboratively within a shared services environment. Key Responsibilities Corporate Reporting & Reconciliations Perform weekly bank reconciliation and ensure all transactions are accurately accounted for and recorded Prepare accurate and timely balance sheet reconciliations, tax returns, and submissions to government and regulatory bodies Participate in month-end close activities through preparation of journal entries and reports Adhere to financial controls in treasury and reporting Day-to-day maintenance of the fixed asset register, ensuring all assets are capitalised or expensed in line with Tribal policy Treasury & Payments Set up payments for non-PO based transactions Ensure effectiveness of financial controls related to treasury and cash management Perform ad hoc tasks including cancellation or update of purchase orders, update of financial dimensions, granting access to entities, and mailbox management Compliance & Continuous Improvement Ensure compliance with established Key Performance Indicators Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives Support interim audit activities Participate in system enhancement testing and modifications What we're looking for Essential Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related business course Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in general accounting, preferably with exposure to corporate reporting and treasury Solid experience in bank reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation Hands-on experience with AP and payment setups in bank portals Strong working knowledge of month-end close processes, journal entries, and financial reporting Demonstrable experience working in a shared services or multinational finance environment High attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines Strong written and verbal English communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Desirable Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent Experience with ERP or finance systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365) Prior exposure to fixed asset management and regulatory filings Experience working in a software or technology company environment What can Tribal offer you?
