Build and Maintain Client Relationships : Build trusted, long-term partnerships with existing clients, ensuring high retention and identifying upsell opportunities. Close Deals End-to-End : Manage full sales cycle—from initial cold outreach and technical presentations to negotiating contract terms and closing deals. Stay Ahead of the Market : Monitor industry trends, and competitor activities,to identify opportunities and strengthen Richetec’s market position. Collaborate for Customer Success : Work closely with internal teams, including Finance, Shared Services, and technical support, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer service. Maintain Sales Excellence : Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts. What We’re Looking for: Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within industrial trading, electronic, semiconductors, manufacturing, or a related technical industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
