Client Overview This is a boutique executive search and recruitment business that partners with companies across Australia to recruit high-performing professionals in Accounting & Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership. The company specializes in identifying and engaging passive talent through research, headhunting, and market mapping. Role Summary The Candidate Sourcer will be responsible for identifying exceptional talent by researching companies, mapping industries, identifying passive candidates, and building talent pipelines. This is a non-sales role focused on finding difficult-to-source candidates using various research tools and recruitment platforms, while maintaining accurate records within a CRM. Key Responsibilities Conduct targeted candidate searches across LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Company Pages, SEEK Talent Search, and JobAdder. Headhunt passive candidates for professional and executive-level opportunities. Build talent maps across Accounting & Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations disciplines. Identify competitors and target organizations for executive search assignments. Source candidate contact information using available research tools. Create high-quality longlists and shortlists for consultants. Update and maintain accurate records within JobAdder. Monitor candidate availability and market movements. Assist with LinkedIn outreach campaigns and talent engagement. Research new industries, organizations, and emerging talent markets. Maintain strict confidentiality and data security standards. Required Qualifications Previous experience in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, or executive search. Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience using SEEK Talent Search. Experience working with JobAdder or similar ATS/CRM platforms. Excellent online research and headhunting skills. Reliable high-speed internet connection. Modern computer with dual monitors preferred. Webcam and headset suitable for daily Microsoft Teams or Google Meet video calls. Quiet and professional home office environment. Backup internet connection preferred. Preferred Skills Exposure to Accounting & Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or Executive Leadership recruitment. Soft Skills & Attributes Highly organized and detail-oriented. Excellent written English. High levels of organization and self-management. Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a remote Australian team. Curiosity, persistence, and the ability to think creatively when sourcing difficult candidates. Compensation Competitive package. Location & Work Arrangement Full-time remote position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time).
