We are currently hiring a Virtual Assistant Training Coordinator with experience in training, coaching, team leadership, or virtual assistance. This role is responsible for facilitating and supporting our structured Boot Camp program, helping trainees develop the skills and confidence needed to become successful Virtual Assistants. Job Role The Virtual Assistant Training Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily activities of a structured Virtual Assistant training program. This includes facilitating training sessions, coaching trainees, monitoring performance, providing constructive feedback, and evaluating trainee readiness for client deployment. This role plays an important part in ensuring every trainee receives the guidance, support, and accountability needed to successfully complete the program while maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment. Job Responsibilities Training & Coaching Facilitate virtual training sessions for new Virtual Assistant trainees Demonstrate administrative and virtual assistant best practices Guide trainees through daily learning activities and assignments Answer trainee questions and provide ongoing support Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions Reinforce company standards, processes, and expectations Performance Monitoring Track trainee attendance, participation, and daily progress Evaluate assignments based on established performance standards Identify trainees requiring additional coaching Provide timely, constructive, and actionable feedback Monitor trainee improvement throughout the program Maintain accurate performance records Evaluation & Readiness Assessment Assess trainee readiness for client-facing responsibilities Conduct daily and end-of-program evaluations Recommend qualified trainees for client endorsement Document strengths, development areas, and final recommendations Ensure trainees complete all required training modules Administrative & Reporting Prepare daily trainee progress reports Maintain organized training documentation and trackers Coordinate with internal departments regarding trainee updates Assist in improving training materials and processes Support scheduling and coordination of training activities Job Qualifications Previous experience as a trainer, coach, team leader, supervisor, Virtual Assistant, or a similar role Strong English verbal and written communication skills Excellent presentation and facilitation skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to mentor, motivate, and coach individuals with different learning styles Comfortable leading virtual meetings and online training sessions Ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Preferred Qualifications Experience conducting virtual onboarding or employee training Background in customer service, sales, recruitment, or operations Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Experience tracking performance metrics and preparing reports Basic knowledge of social media, administrative support, or email management is an advantage Job Requirements Reliable computer (Intel i5/i7 or equivalent) Minimum 50 Mbps wired internet connection Noise-canceling headset Quiet home office suitable for virtual meetings Webcam for daily meetings and training sessions Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Comfortable using Zoom and other online collaboration tools Work Schedule Full-time remote position Night shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time Must be available to facilitate live training sessions and provide real-time coaching during scheduled hours Why Join Go Hire Virtual?
