Key Responsibilities • Develop and build effective sales to identify and secure new business opportunities • Conducting up to 100 client calls daily and negotiations with confidence and professionalism • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners • Collaborate with in-house teams to develop solutions for clients • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets • What we're looking for • Must be residing within Metro Manila (NCR) or other stated locations (100% WFH). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, real estate or finance industry • Must have your own computer /home office set up ( Windows 11 PC only, Strictly No MacBook’s ) , ready to go. • Must have a primary internet and backup internet • Must have a back up power supply • Must have a 2nd monitor • Must have 16 GB of RAM (minimum) • Must have at least 100 GB of free storage space • Minimum 4 Core CPU - Intel Core i3 (8th Gen+)/ AMD Ryzen 3 (2xxx/3xxxg) • Proficient in using CRM and sales automation tools
