Responsibilities • Lead user research to gain deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points. • Develop and oversee user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that meet both user needs and business goals. • Advocate for user-centered design by integrating user research and feedback throughout the design process. • Craft and implement a strategic UX vision to enhance user satisfaction and engagement across mobile apps and websites. • Translate research findings into actionable design guidelines, style guides, and design systems. • Design, test, and refine UX components, including navigation, interactions, and user journeys, to ensure optimal usability. • Create compelling graphic designs, such as images, sketches, and layouts, to support UX objectives. • Identify and address complex UX issues through iterative testing and analysis. • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and Management to align UX strategies and solutions. • Use customer feedback, analytics, and usability metrics to continually improve the user experience. • Mentor and guide junior designers on UX best practices, methodologies, and tools. Requirements • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating a focus on user experience. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and UX tools like Figma and Adobe XD. • In-depth understanding of UX principles, usability, and user research methodologies. • Ability to create user-centered designs that address real-world problems and enhance user satisfaction. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a user-centric approach. • Superior communication skills, with the ability to explain UX concepts and design rationale clearly. • Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers. • Strong team player with effective collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with ride-hailing services or similar industries is a plus.
