We are hiring one part-time PPC specialist to run our paid search. Lots of opportunity to grow with the business, start up environment. What You Will Own Google Ads: campaign builds, keyword and negative management, bid strategy, budget pacing Ad copy testing and landing page coordination Conversion tracking setup and maintenance Weekly reporting on spend, cost per lead, and cost per booked job You Must Have 2+ years managing Google Ads for US-based clients Local service business experience — lead gen, not e-commerce Hands-on with Google Ads Editor, GA4, and conversion tracking setup Real account results you can show us: spend, cost per lead, and what changed Nice to Have Meta Ads experience — we may expand into paid social Compensation $400-600 USD per month for 10 hours/week, paid via Wise. Hours flexible with one weekly overlap call at 9am Manila time. Pay: Php570.00 - Php860.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote
