Are you an experienced Homecare / Home Health Scheduler who loves working from the comfort of your own home? If so, we want you on our team! In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, families, and caregivers—managing schedules, handling last-minute call-outs, and ensuring seamless continuity of care. Key Responsibilities Manage, adjust, and optimize daily and weekly schedules in response to caregiver call-outs, client hospitalizations, and new care requests. Pair the right caregivers with clients based on geography, availability, skill level, and client preferences to ensure high-quality care. Promptly respond to calls, texts, and alerts using Quo and AxisCare , prioritizing urgent coverage needs. Gracefully handle scheduling conflicts, complaints, and emergencies with a focus on quick, empathetic, and effective solutions. Accurately update client and caregiver profiles, log notes, and manage sensitive health data (HIPAA) within AxisCare. Meet or exceed key targets, including shift fill rates, response times, and overall schedule adherence. Requirements At least 6 months - 1 year of dedicated scheduling experience in a Homecare or Home Health setting. Hands-on, recent experience using AxisCare (or highly similar homecare platforms like ClearCare/WellSky/HHAeXchange). Proven ability to handle high call volumes, last-minute cancellations, and high-pressure situations with a calm, problem-solving mindset. Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to build rapport with both elderly clients and caregivers. A stable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home office setup. Willingness to work weekends and holidays, especially during US After Hours.
