Beyond managing payroll, compliance, and taxes, we integrate financial tools to maximise the value of every work payment, worldwide. As part of our growth strategy, we are strengthening our commercial organisation with a new role focused on driving expansion within our existing customer base. We are looking for an Account Manager to identify growth opportunities with our current clients, increase seat counts, and introduce additional services across Native Teams’ product offering. Location: Remote Salary Range: Flexible Key Responsibilities Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and seat expansion within existing accounts. Proactively engage with clients to understand their roadmap, hiring plans, payroll needs, and product gaps to position relevant NT solutions. Analyse account usage and activity to identify expansion triggers (new markets, new hires, new contractors, internal team growth, etc.). Conduct discovery calls and tailored product pitches with existing customers to introduce additional NT services. Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure a seamless handover from onboarding to expansion and long-term growth. Monitor product adoption and provide recommendations that improve client experience and retention. Maintain accurate account health, expansion opportunities, and revenue forecasts in the CRM. Prepare tailored proposals and pricing scenarios for seat increases or new product lines. Collaborate internally with Product, CX, Legal, and Finance to ensure accurate configuration of new services. Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings relevant to our ICPs. Requirements Fluent in written and spoken English. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field. Previous experience in sales, account management, expansion, or customer success roles. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders within an account. Proven ability to identify client needs and translate them into commercial opportunities. Strong organizational skills, prioritizing both short-term wins and long-term revenue growth. Experience working with outbound or account expansion motions is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred). Ability to work autonomously, handle ambiguity, and make decisions with incomplete information. Team-player mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
