We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to support luxury residential and hospitality projects . The ideal candidate combines strong technical documentation skills with deep detailing expertise, able to work closely with the principals to translate design intent into clear, buildable architectural packages. This role will collaborate closely with project principals and distributed project teams to develop and coordinate complex construction documentation for high-end residential and hospitality work. The successful candidate will bring strong Revit proficiency , advanced technical detailing skills, and the ability to move projects efficiently from design intent to fully coordinated, code-compliant documentation. Key Responsibilities Support technical design development, documentation, and coordination for luxury residential and hospitality projects. Work closely with principals to translate design intent into clear, buildable architectural packages. Produce high-quality construction documentation sets for complex projects. Develop technical details covering waterproofing, drainage, fire separation, thresholds, and junctions. Prepare joinery and finish setouts, as well as door, window, wall type, and finish schedules. Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, coordination, and compliance with applicable building codes and project standards. Apply knowledge of IBC, ADA, and UL assemblies to design documentation. Develop and maintain Revit models in accordance with each project's BIM Execution Plan (BEP), using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Produce and coordinate documentation using AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Excel. Manage multiple design and documentation projects while meeting established deadlines. Coordinate with distributed project teams to ensure documentation remains accurate and fully integrated. Communicate clearly and effectively with principals and team members throughout each project. Qualifications At least 5 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on technical documentation and project delivery. Demonstrated experience producing high-quality construction documentation sets for complex projects. High-end residential and/or hospitality project experience required. Strong technical detailing skills, including waterproofing, drainage, fire separation, thresholds, and junctions. Experience with joinery and finish setouts, as well as door, window, wall type, and finish schedules. Proven ability to review drawings for accuracy, completeness, coordination, and compliance with applicable building codes and project standards. Familiarity with IBC, ADA, and UL assemblies. Strong Revit proficiency (ACC) and ability to work in accordance with a project's BEP. Advanced AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Excel skills. Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed project teams. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation.
