Responsibilities • Collaborate remotely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and objectives • Create accurate technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using CAD software • Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards • Review and revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and clients • Prepare construction documents and technical specifications • Coordinate with project team members to maintain project schedules and meet deadlines • Organize and maintain electronic drawing files and project documentation • Stay current with industry trends, CAD software advancements, and drafting best practices • Participate in virtual meetings, presentations, and project discussions as required • About the Client • Concepts Unlimited Design is an award-winning Australian building design studio with more than 20 years of expertise in delivering bespoke residential and small commercial projects.
