The candidate should have their own laptop/PC, headphones, internet connection, etc. Contract: Full-time Freelancer/ Independent Contractor Work Schedule: Mon to Fri | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila Additional Perks: Paid Holidays, Leave Credits What You Should Have: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills: Strong understanding of the Australian market and confidence when speaking with business owners about their needs. Business-to-Business Sales: Proven ability to work in a business-to-business sales or lead generation role, with proficiency in cold calling (no warm leads). Scripting Compliance: Ability to understand and follow provided scripts, with a willingness to adapt based on previous sales experiences. Microsoft Office and CRM Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus. Must be able to speak while typing, accurately enter data into a semi-CRM, and maintain engaging conversations with clients. Listening and Objection Handling: Excellent listening skills and the ability to handle objections. A strong understanding of sales fundamentals (B2B) and a willingness to learn proven sales methods. Positive Attitude : A can-do attitude and a commitment to exceeding expectations. Technical Requirements: The computer (at least 16GM RAM) must be capable of running a dialer program, and you should have a fast and reliable wired internet connection at your primary workstation with speeds of at least 50 MBPS and 10 MBPS upload speed minimum. Availability: Must be unencumbered by other commitments and able to commit to full-time hours. What You'll Do: Make outbound calls to cold leads, achieving a minimum of 300 calls per day. Maintain the database/CRM and ensure proper system upkeep. Generate quotes for clients purchasing assets within a four-month timeline. Participate in training programs and skills development initiatives. Collaborate directly with the Team Leader and Training Manager to help achieve sales objectives. Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. Achieve the key performance indicators (KPIs) as outlined. Monitor and manage the deal pipeline, ensuring that daily follow-ups are completed consistently. Undertake any additional tasks or projects assigned by your manager that can be performed safely, in accordance with relevant internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Attend and actively participate in team and company meetings.
