AurenixAI is hiring energetic, performance-driven Live Stream Sales Representatives to educate audiences, generate leads, drive user registrations, and close revenue via TikTok and Facebook Live. In this role, you will talk to people about trading concepts, US Equity, and the AurenixAI platform , guiding interested prospects through registration and account sign-ups. This is a pure, target-driven sales role combining a guaranteed base salary with uncapped commission potential. Live streaming is your lead generator, user onboarding is your bridge, and hitting your target sign-ups and sales to maximize your commission earnings is your primary objective. REALITY CHECK: THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR EVERYONE This position IS NOT FOR YOU if: You are looking for a passive hosting, influencer, or purely creative video role. You are camera-shy, reserved, or uncomfortable speaking live on video for 6 hours a day. You are intimidated by finance, trading, or US Equity topics —you will be discussing trading, US Equities and platform features daily on stream. You cannot handle daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas. This is a high-volume performance environment with clear conversion metrics, registration targets, and sales goals to hit. You are satisfied with just taking a base salary and not pushing to maximize your earnings—we want reps who are hungry for uncapped commission payouts. You are uncomfortable with outbound prospecting, direct messaging, assisting clients with registration, cold reach-outs, or following up repeatedly with potential clients. You only want to clock in 8 hours and walk away—we need proactive reps who take full ownership of their sales pipeline and onboarding process. What We Offer (Compensation & Benefits) Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions: Guaranteed base pay ( PHP 25,000 – PHP 35,000/month ) PLUS 100% uncapped sales commissions with no earning ceiling based on sign-ups and closed deals. Full Product & Sales Training: Learn our top-performing trading talking points, live selling hooks, objection-handling strategies, and registration conversion frameworks. What You Will Do Your objective is to execute the full sales cycle to hit your assigned quotas and maximize your commission: Attract $\ ightarrow$ Engage $\ ightarrow$ Qualify $\ ightarrow$ Follow Up $\ ightarrow$ Present $\ ightarrow$ Onboard & Register $\ ightarrow$ Close. 1. Livestreaming, Audience Education & Lead Generation (6 Hours Daily) Conduct high-energy livestream sessions primarily on TikTok and Facebook (hours can be split into strategic sessions throughout the working day). Actively educate, engage, and build rapport with viewers by discussing trading fundamentals, US Equity concepts, market trends, and how AurenixAI works , using diverse presentation angles and hooks rather than simply repeating a script. Respond promptly to chat comments and questions regarding trading, US Equity, and platform features to maintain high visual and social energy. Identify interested viewers in real-time and transition qualified prospects into private messages/conversations to assist them with account registration and sign-ups. 2. Sales Activities, Registration Assistance & Quota Execution (2 Hours Daily) Outreach & Registration Support: Walk interested leads step-by-step through the AurenixAI registration and sign-up process , ensuring accounts are properly created and onboarded. Proactively send DMs, initiate conversations with live viewers, and source additional opportunities via social media networks, trading groups, and communities. Pipeline & Follow-Up: Relentlessly follow up with current prospects, re-engage cold leads, address sign-up roadblocks, and guide interested clients through the decision and onboarding process. Sales Presentations: Schedule and conduct 1-on-1 calls, Zoom meetings, or platform demos to address client objections, explain trading features, and close target volume. Daily Metric Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity and submit a short daily activity report covering streaming hours, leads generated, completed sign-ups/registrations, outbound contacts, meetings arranged, and total closed revenue. Deal Support: Coordinate with the Sales Leader or Product Trainer when expert assistance is required to close high-value opportunities or complex prospect questions. 3. Client Ownership & Sales Responsiveness Standard working hours are 8 hours per day, but sales and registration opportunities do not strictly adhere to a schedule. High-performing reps demonstrate full ownership of their pipeline by making reasonable efforts to respond promptly to active, warm prospects or clients reaching out for sign-up assistance outside of normal shift hours. Requirements Proven Target-Driven Sales Background: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets, outbound prospecting, objection handling, and lead closing (Prior BPO sales, telemarketing, financial services, or tech onboarding experience is highly preferred). Trading & US Equity Interest: Comfortable discussing basic trading concepts, US Equities, and platform sign-ups (Prior trading experience is a plus, but willingness to learn key market concepts is essential). Quotas & Commission Mindset: Highly motivated by revenue targets, registration quotas, daily/weekly metrics, and the drive to earn significant income through uncapped commission structures. On-Camera Readiness & Charisma: Exceptional confidence, high energy, expressiveness, and natural authority on video streams. Social Media Presence: Minimum 500+ followers on TikTok or Facebook. Previous experience of live selling or hosting on TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, or Lazada is a major plus. Proactive & Self-Motivated: Self-starter who sources their own leads, guides clients through sign-ups independently, and thrives in a target-driven setup. Communication Skills: Conversational or fluent in Tagalog, Taglish, and English with strong interpersonal and educational delivery skills. Home Setup: Dedicated quiet streaming space, stable high-speed internet connection, proper lighting, and a quality camera or high-end smartphone setup. Performance Evaluation This is a quota-based sales position . Performance in this role is evaluated strictly on daily/weekly activity metrics, completed user sign-ups/registrations, pipeline progression, and total closed sales volume —not simply completing livestreaming hours.
