A growing business eventually reaches a point where its story has to become as strong as the work behind it. We’re looking for a senior Brand, PR & Communications leader to shape how a mission-driven organisation is understood by the people who matter most — customers, government, investors, partners, media and communities. This is not simply a PR role. You’ll own the broader communications agenda: brand narrative, message architecture, executive communications, thought leadership, media relations, stakeholder communications, editorial standards and reputation. The mandate is to turn real operating proof into a clearer, more distinctive and more credible external story. What you’ll own You’ll lead: Brand and communications strategy Corporate narrative and message architecture Executive communications and thought leadership Media relations and reputation-building Stakeholder communications across government, investors, partners and communities Crisis communications and response protocols Editorial standards across owned, earned, social and executive channels High-quality corporate and long-form content PR and social/content teams Agency and vendor relationships You’ll also work closely with senior leadership and operating teams to find the strongest stories early and turn complicated business activity into communications people can actually understand and care about. You could be a strong fit if… You have around 7–10+ years of progressive experience across: Corporate Communications Public Relations Brand Integrated Communications Reputation Management Executive Communications But years alone won’t tell us enough. We’ll want to see evidence of the work. That could include executive thought leadership, corporate narratives, speeches, media materials, long-form writing, campaign storytelling or other published work that shows both original thinking and strong editorial judgment. You should also be comfortable advising senior stakeholders and communicating with very different audiences — from media and investors to government, customers and operating partners. Agency experience is useful. Experience in real estate, fintech, marketplaces, technology or another mission-led business can also help. Why consider it? This organization is working on a problem with real social and commercial significance: making homeownership possible for more Filipino families. The business has substance behind the story. Now it needs a communications leader capable of deciding what deserves attention, finding the narrative within the complexity, and building an external presence people can recognize and trust. If you’ve reached the point where you want to shape the narrative rather than simply execute against one , this may be worth a conversation.
