Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented, creator-savvy Affiliate Coordinator to manage and grow the Snowball affiliate programs for both Curateur and Evie. This person will own the full affiliate lifecycle — from onboarding and relationship management through code distribution, performance tracking, and reporting — across two brands that each require a distinct voice and creator strategy. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple brand identities simultaneously. You understand that an affiliate for a curated luxury box sounds different from one for a wellness brand — and you tailor your outreach, briefs, and communications accordingly. What You'll DoAffiliate Program Management Manage day-to-day affiliate program operations using Snowball or similar affiliate platforms. Review and approve affiliate applications. Onboard new affiliates and provide program resources and guidelines. Maintain accurate affiliate records, performance tracking, and communication logs. Monitor affiliate activity and re-engage inactive partners. Creator Outreach \& Relationship Building Identify and recruit new creators who align with each brand. Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners. Communicate promotions, product launches, and campaign updates. Coordinate product gifting and seeding opportunities. Campaign \& Promotional Support Create and distribute affiliate links and discount codes. Coordinate seasonal campaigns, promotions, and special offers. Ensure affiliates receive campaign assets before launch dates. Resolve tracking, commission, or code-related issues promptly. Reporting \& Performance Tracking Monitor affiliate performance metrics including clicks, conversions, revenue, and content submissions. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Identify top-performing affiliates and growth opportunities. Recommend improvements to increase program performance and revenue. Qualifications Required 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or a related field. Experience using affiliate platforms such as Snowball, Impact, ShareASale, LTK, Amazon Associates, or similar. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment. Preferred Experience with Snowball Affiliates. Background in eCommerce, subscription box businesses, lifestyle, fashion, or wellness brands. Experience managing affiliate programs across multiple brands. Knowledge of UGC (User-Generated Content) and social commerce strategies. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, or reporting tools. Working Environment Full-time remote position. Night shift to support US business hours. Collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
