The Opportunity As an International Marketing & Business Development Executive , you will help us strategically market our growing portfolio of products and professional services to businesses in the United States and United Kingdom . Our portfolio includes CRM and technology solutions, AI-enabled products, business consulting and other professional services . You will be trained to understand our different products, identify the right target markets and communicate their value effectively to prospective business clients. Your responsibilities will include: Strategically marketing our CRM and technology solutions to businesses and professional firms. Promoting our business consulting and professional services. Researching target industries, companies and prospective customers. Generating and qualifying B2B leads. Conducting outbound telesales and telemarketing campaigns . Speaking professionally with business owners, managers and other decision-makers in the US and UK. Booking product demonstrations, consultations and business meetings. Following up with prospective clients by telephone, email and other approved channels. Supporting digital and direct-marketing campaigns. Managing prospects and opportunities accurately within our CRM. Using AI and technology tools to improve marketing and business-development activities. Working toward clearly defined marketing, lead-generation and sales targets. Developing long-term relationships with prospective and existing business clients. Who We Are Looking For We are particularly interested in an academically strong, ambitious graduate who wants to combine their Marketing education with practical international business experience. You should be commercially minded, confident communicating with people and interested in developing into a high-performing international marketing and business-development professional. Academic Requirements Applicants should have a: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, Business Administration majoring in Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or another closely related Marketing/Business discipline. We are particularly interested in applicants who have: Graduated with honors or achieved an outstanding academic record. Graduated Magna Cum Laude or Summa Cum Laude , or achieved equivalent exceptional academic performance. Demonstrated academic excellence in Marketing, Business or a closely related discipline. High-achieving graduates from leading Philippine universities are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience Ideally, you should have approximately 1–2 years of relevant professional experience .
