Responsibilities • Build, launch, QA, monitor, and optimize digital campaigns across social, display, video, and programmatic advertising channels • Coordinate creative implementation, tracking requirements, campaign rotation, and performance-based optimizations to ensure smooth execution • Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend improvements to maximize campaign results • Ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule while meeting client objectives, quality standards, and performance expectations • Manage daily operations for assigned accounts, including campaign planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting, and performance analysis • Advise internal teams on advertising platforms, emerging technologies, industry best practices, and ad operations standards • Support knowledge sharing, process improvements, and internal training to strengthen operational excellence • Report directly to the Director of Operations, providing campaign updates and contributing to business growth initiatives Benefits • Day 1 HMO coverage with free dependent Competitive Salary Package • Night differential pay to maximize your earnings Permanent WFH arrangement • Fixed weekends off • Salary Advance Program through our banking partner (Eligibility and approval subject to bank assessment.
