Job Description

Ovente (Topnet Inc.) | Marketing Department | Reports to: Marketing Director About The Role Ovente is seeking a detail-driven Project Manager to own the end-to-end production of listing images across our marketplace channels (Amazon, Walmart, Costco, Wayfair, Home Depot, Macy's). This role sits at the intersection of creative production, marketplace compliance, and cross-functional coordination — ensuring every product image, from hero shot to infographic, is produced on time, on brand, and optimized for conversion. What You'll Do Own the production calendar for all listing image projects, from product launch intake through final upload, coordinating timelines across Marketing, Graphic Design, and Product teams Conduct daily monitoring of active tasks across the team's queue, checking progress against deadlines, catching slippage early, and reprioritizing as needed Manage day-to-day workflow for the graphic design team, translating creative briefs and conversion-audit findings into clear, actionable production tasks Directly manage a team of 2-4 artists/multimedia producers — assigning work, balancing workload, giving feedback on drafts, and holding artists accountable to deadlines and brand standards Maintain and enforce existing SOPs and checklists for listing image production, ensuring consistency across ASINs and marketplaces Track project status, flag bottlenecks, and drive resolution to keep launches and refreshes on schedule Coordinate approvals across stakeholders (Marketing Director, brand sign-off, cross-functional partners), applying structured review processes (e.g., RACI-based approval flows) to avoid delays Partner with e-commerce/marketplace leads to prioritize image updates based on conversion audits, competitive gaps, and hero differentiator messaging (e.g., key product features, unique selling points) Conduct research and analysis on competitor listings, marketplace trends, and image performance to inform what gets produced next and why Maintain a single source of truth for asset status, versioning, and channel-specific specs (image size, quantity, and compliance requirements per marketplace) Support new product launches by managing the intake-to-shelf image pipeline, including SKU/UPC/packaging alignment with graphic assets Identify process gaps and propose workflow improvements as the team and catalog scale What You Bring 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in e-commerce, CPG, or a creative/marketing production environment Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders Working knowledge of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central listing requirements a strong plus (image specs, A+ Content, Vine, etc.) Comfort working with graphic designers/multimedia producers and translating creative feedback into clear direction, with direct people-management experience a plus Analytical mindset — comfortable pulling together competitor and performance research to justify production priorities, not just execute a list Strong organizational systems fluency (project trackers, checklists, SOPs) and an instinct for building structure where none exists Excellent written communication for cross-functional coordination and stakeholder updates Familiarity with retail marketplaces beyond Amazon (Walmart, Costco, Wayfair, Home Depot, Macy's) a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) Nice to Have Experience with tools like Teams, Oddo, Asana, Monday, Trello, and AI software’s like Claude, Gemini and the likes Basic familiarity with image/creative production workflows (Photoshop, Figma, or similar, not for hands-on editing but for informed direction) Background in conversion rate optimization or listing performance analysis Work Schedule Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM PST ( US TIME ) Benefits Work from home Work Location: Remote
