Location : Philippines Shift : 9PM-6AM, Mon-Fri Arrangement : Remote Unlock your potential! TOA Global is looking for a Fund Accountant responsible for supporting its Accounting and Operations team. This candidate will be asked to assist with fund accounting, investor reporting, year-end audit & tax preparation, daily reporting, cash & collateral management, and contributing to various ad hoc projects. Responsibilities Assist with maintaining proper controls over accounting and operational procedures and transactions Daily review of trade, position, tax lots and cash & collateral reconciliations between firm, prime brokers and administrator Run EOD Process during NY hours - EOD reconciliation, INAV process, EOD Reporting, FX Hedging Month-end close/reconciliation process with Fund administrator Preparation of month-end reporting package, NAV reconciliation, accrual review, Investor Allocations and Statements, and Attribution & Exposure reporting Coordinate with Investor Relations group and the administrator on entire capital activity process: review and assist with inquiries regarding subscription, transfer, redemption documents; calculate liquidity and redemption amounts Assistance with year-end audit & tax work for Funds & SMAs Assist with management of service provider relationships and problem resolution including the Administrator, Custodians, and Auditors Ad hoc requests/projects including reporting on exposure, P&L and Investor Relations requests Key Qualifications/Experience Strong academic credentials Approximately 4+ years of hedge fund experience CPA is a plus Strong ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive Strong technical and analytical skills Team-oriented personality, highly motivated and self-directed with an ability to multi-task.
